How Our Staffing Works

Program Participants are supervised 24 hours a day. The staffing ratio is 2-4 during waking hours. Staffing will/may be adjusted for specific activities, including trips away from the group home and on property activities. In these situations, additional staff are often provided for more supervision. A Direct Care Staff member is on duty and awake to supervise the participants during sleeping hours. A supervisor is on call 24 hours a day.
